Yesterday I went to Arthur Avenue in the Bronx to walk around and buy some food (steak, prosciutto, cheese, bread, and cannoli) and I made the steak we bought (Shell steak) for lunch today with a fried egg on top. I love steak and eggs and this steak in particular was delicious. I grilled it with just salt, pepper and olive oil for about 8 to 10 minutes on each side and it came out perfectly: the fat on the outside was soft and buttery, and the inside was light red and tender.
