Even though I had a heaping bowl of penne all’Amatriciana about 3 hours ago, I was still kind of hungry at 23h so I made a “glorified” hard boiled egg sliced (click here if you’re wondering how I sliced it) on a piece of bread with Kalles Kaviar, a Swedish fish roe spread with some dill sprinkled on top (Kalles Kaviar goes really well with knäckebröd, a Scandinavian crispy flat bread and hard boiled eggs, thus why I’m having it (out of breath…that was a long sentence!)).
